"Renegade plumbing = Eric Rios was first class. Did the job step by step. Just like painting a picture. Each step he asked me how it looked. After explaining what he just finished. Cleaning as he went to the next step. At the end he finished the wall strap. Step backed to look at the job. The top strap was in a crooked position. About a inch and a half higher then the bottom strap. Took it apart lined to match both the same height. Reinstalled back to the wall. I then told him we both have the same outlook when doing a project. Something taught to us by our parents. With a smile he turned to me and agreed to my observation. Finished loading his gear back into hi truck. Took towels and wipes the water heater top to bottom. We shook hands I now have a new friend. Will be sending him family and friends problems as needed."
